 BioMart   Data

The data from individual BioMart instances is provided and maintained by individual BioMart users. Below are some pointers to publicly available dumps of BioMart databases:

  • Ensembl (MySQL)
  • Uniprot, MSD (MySQL)
  • WormBase (MySQL)
  • FlyBase prototype (Postgres)


    • You can also build a BioMart db with your own data. If you want to learn how to build one on your own please refer to the users manual
